Kudos is an Approved Panel Provider for Tailored Learning (TL), the Department for Education’s model that replaces the Flexible Learning Options (FLO) program in South Australia. TL helps young people re-engage with education and overcome personal barriers affecting attendance and performance.

Tailored Learning Case Manager Support
For schools that already have a Tailored Learning Case Manager
If your school has its own Youth Worker or Social Worker delivering Tailored Learning, Kudos can strengthen their practice through professional coaching and supervision.
Using a reflective practice approach, our experienced team works alongside your staff to build their professional skills, deepen their case management capability, and support them to navigate the complex environments young people move across, including school, family, health, mental health, justice, housing, and more.

Tailored Learning Partnership
For schools needing a Tailored Learning case manager
Kudos offers Tailored Learning case management support for young people who are disengaged, experiencing complex barriers, or need an alternative to mainstream schooling. Our case managers build a personalised learning pathway and deliver wrap-around support alongside school staff and families. This includes 1:1 case management support, flexible delivery across community and school settings, and consistent weekly engagement to build routine, skills, and positive outcomes.

For parents/caregivers who would like to engage Kudos to support their child to re-engage with schooling.
If your child has stopped attending school, is finding it increasingly hard to cope, or feels like mainstream education just isn’t working for them, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Kudos works directly with families to understand what’s getting in the way and to find a path forward.We can:
- Help you understand your child’s rights and options within the education system
- Connect your child with a dedicated Key Worker who builds a genuine relationship with them
- Provide or coordinate support for underlying issues; anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, social difficulties
- Work alongside your child’s school (or help find an alternative if needed)
- Keep you informed and involved every step of the way
You don’t need a referral from a school to reach out to us.
Eligibility:
- Enrolled in SA Gov School
- In years Year 8 – 12+
- School attendance concerns due to multiple complex personal barriers.
